The three Bob Jane T-Marts Porsches are heading north for Round 3 of the Porsche Carrera Cup Australia Championship in what is known as one of the 'holiday' round of the title in Townsville, North Queensland.
The sunshine state will host its annual street race around the Reid Park circuit – getting there is one of the longest hauls that the crew need to endure.
But while the journey is long for the Melbourne-based Sonic Motor Racing team that enters the Bob Jane T-Marts entries, it's all about the destination, with sunny skies and temperatures in the mid-to-high 20s awaiting the crews.
Rodney Jane's #77 yellow and blue Porsche recently got to experience travelling in style aboard the new Futura Trailer.
The trailer is designed for race and exotic vehicles, making it the perfect traveler for Jane's Carrera Cup weapon.

Jane will compete in the Pro-Am class of Carrera Cup, alongside his Pro class team-mates Angelo Mouzouris and Simon Fallon.
In the last round at Hidden Valley Raceway in Darwin, Jane scored a race win in his class, while the young Pro class drivers stepped up over the weekend, recording top 10 results and keeping themselves in series contention.
Practice sessions will be held on Friday ahead of qualifying and Race 1 on Saturday, followed by two more races on Sunday.
