Tyre Satisfaction Guarantee

At Bob Jane T-Marts we are committed to giving you expert advice and the confidence that we'll look after you. If not satisfied return the tyres within 30 days or 1000 km whichever comes first and we will exchange them for something that matches your driving needs more closely or you will receive in-store credit for the same value. See below for conditions of our Tyre Satisfaction Guarantee.

How it works:

In addition to your consumer rights under the Australian Consumer law which operate in any event, the customer can return to any Bob Jane T-Marts store within 30 days or 1,000km from the date of purchase, whichever comes first and receive replacement tyre/s to the equivalent value, or the customer can elect to pay the difference if a more expensive tyre is preferred.

• No refunds, only exchanges for equal or greater value

• Must provide tax invoice as proof of purchase

• One claim only per purchase/vehicle

• The satisfaction guarantee only applies to the original purchaser of the replacement tyres and is only for the vehicle whose details are recorded on the Bob Jane T-Marts invoice

• The product must not be damaged or subject to misuse in any way

• Private customers and use only

• Excludes wheels

• Excludes Mud Terrain tyres
